Lot 2 7808 Great Ocean Road Princetown, VIC 3269

This allotment boasts stunning views overlooking the picturesque estuary as well as views of the ocean. This allotment previously had building envelopes along with planning permits. This site would make a magnificent spot for Bed & Breakfast (STCA) along the Great Ocean Road as it has Ocean Road frontage. Located 6 kilometres from the 12 Apostles. With the new Eco Resort being approved by council Princetown and surrounding areas are set to boom in the years to come.
