Kate McDonald

Kate's initial interest in the administrative and financial side of a real estate transaction is what attracted her to the role 12 years ago, however, the fast paced nature of the industry is what truly fuels her love for real estate.

Commencing her career with Ray White Darwin in 2012, Kate immersed herself in the financial and administrative aspects of Property Management, Sales and Operations, gaining a deep understanding of the key drivers of the industry. Her leadership skills and broad knowledge of the business saw her progress into a Property Management Team Leader role.

Whilst juggling a young family, her move back to Victoria proved a fruitful one as she quickly integrated into the Ray White Warrnambool team as the Property Management Accounts Administrator, also supporting Property Management Operations.

Kate’s ambition then led her to take on an Operations role at Ray White Colac following its acquisition in December 2023. After a successful two-year stint in the Colac office, she has since returned to Warrnambool, bringing with her valuable experience and an even broader perspective of the business.

Her knowledge of South West Victoria is strengthened by being born and raised in the region, along with the strong community ties she has established. Kate recognises the importance of nurturing a positive team culture and following the systems and processes of the Ray White brand to ensure clients receive a seamless experience.

Beyond the office, most of Kate’s time is spent on adventures with her family. When she can sneak a minute away from her three young children, she enjoys nothing more than a wine over dinner with her husband or girlfriends.
